ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR CCTV
svtech agrees to provide the following services under this agreement to keep the system in good working order, save for circumstances beyond the control of svtech. Annual Maintenance Contract Terms and Condition for CCTV Camera in the Annual maintenance contract for the CCTV Camera, DVR and power supply. The Annual maintenance contract shall be non comprehensive and includes repairing and services of all hardware including CCTV Camera, DVR power Supplies.
Terms & conditions:-
- Period of the contract is mentioned and specified in the Annual Maintenance Agreement.
- The customer shall be responsible for providing proper power source and backup to the equipments.
- This contract is not covered if equipments are burnt due to any reason. Contract is not covered if any intentional / un-intentional physical damage is caused to the equipments.
- The cost of the AMC will be 10% of the total amount of invoice covered for a period of one year commencing from the date of signed agreement ensuring prompt services with the terms and conditions mentioned in the AMC agreement.
- The AMC agreement shall not cover any kind of penalty.
- In case of any dispute regarding the AMC contract the decision will be taken by both the customer and svtech will be the final.
- If any product is repaired, svtech does not provide any product in the exchange.
- Any product related complaints raised and informed will be taken care within 48-72 business hours.
- Complaints will be received only via E-Mail to kovaivision@gmail.com with details like camera number, place etc .
- If full and final amount of both the Invoice & AMC aren't paid, we do not provide Warranty of goods, services, etc. & upcoming services will be chargeable in advance.
- AMC contract will not be covered during public & national holidays.
- Customer will need to provide ladder and any service related equipments etc for working.
